BibleCourts.com Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is BibleCourts.com?

BibleCourts.com is a Torah-observant, Ultra-Orthodox Nazarene Judaism platform rooted in the teachings of the first-century followers of Yeshua the Messiah. We advocate for returning to the original faith and practices of the Nazarenes described in Acts 24:5, rejecting both rabbinic and modern Christian reinterpretations of Scripture.

2. What is Nazarene Judaism?

Nazarene Judaism is the original sect of first-century Judaism that believed Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah while continuing full Torah observance. Unlike later “Christianity,” it did not abolish the Law (Torah) and maintained Biblical calendar observances, dietary laws, Sabbaths, and Appointed Times. Nazarene Judaism is recorded in multiple historical and religious texts from the 1st century AD to the 13th century AD.

3. Is BibleCourts affiliated with Rabbinic Judaism or Messianic Judaism?

It depends on what sect or group and what their beliefs are, and if they follow 1st century Nazarene Judaism.

4. What does it mean to be Torah Observant?

Being Torah observant means obeying the commandments (mitzvot) found in the Torah, including the weekly Sabbath (Friday sundown to Saturday sundown), clean dietary laws (Leviticus 11, Genesis…), Appointed Times (Leviticus 23), and living a lifestyle of moral and ritual purity.

5. Do you believe in salvation through Yeshua (Jesus)?

Yes. We believe Yeshua is the prophesied Messiah, the Word made flesh, and the suffering servant of Isaiah 53. However, true belief is evidenced by repentance—meaning turning from sin and returning to Torah obedience.

6. Why don’t you celebrate Christmas, Easter, Halloween, or birthdays?

These traditions have pagan origins and are not commanded in Scripture. True worship is defined by obedience to God’s instructions, not man-made customs. We observe only Yah’s appointed festivals (e.g., Passover, Shavuot, Sukkot). Doing pagan rooted holidays and birthdays is against scripture. See: https://biblecourts.com/christmas/

7. Do you keep the Biblical feasts?

Yes. We observe Yah’s appointed times including Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, Shavuot (Pentecost), Yom Teruah (Trumpets), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), and Sukkot (Tabernacles) according to the scriptural calendar.

8. Which Bible translations do you use or recommend?

We prioritize translations based on original Hebrew and Aramaic manuscripts. This includes the Aramaic Peshitta, Hebrew-English Tanakhs (like JPS 1917), and others that do not insert doctrinal bias from Greek-only traditions.

9. Where is your assembly located?

We are based in Pomeroy, Washington (99347). At this time, there are not any synagogues in the area. Visitors should contact us via our website before planning a visit. The closest synagogues are in Spokane WA, and Coeur D Alene Idaho. Due to Antisemitism here, we do not have an assembly or synagogue.

10. Do you perform spiritual deliverance?

Yes. We have a deliverance video tutorial based entirely on the authority of Scripture and the Name of Yeshua. We reject charismatic or emotional manipulation in favor of Torah-defined spiritual authority.

11. Do you support the modern State of Israel?

Yes. Just as Deborah supported the leaders of her day, so do we.

12. What is the House of Israel vs. the House of Judah?

The House of Israel refers to the northern tribes (often called Ephraim), which were scattered among the nations. The House of Judah represents the southern tribes (Judah and Benjamin). We identify with the prophetic return of Israel (Ezekiel 37:15–28).

13. Do you have official membership or a mailing list?

Not at this time. We encourage readers to study the materials provided and reach out for questions. We may offer registration for newsletters or study events in the future.

14. Are your videos hosted only on YouTube?

No. Due to censorship and algorithm bias, many of our videos are hosted on alternative platforms. See the Spiritual Deliverance and Testimonials pages for links.

15. How can I support your ministry?

You can support us by sharing our resources, studying Torah, keeping Yah’s commands, and optionally donating through the link provided on our Testimonials page. We do not sell the truth (Proverbs 23:23). We are able to accept non tax exempt donations.

16. How do I begin obeying God’s laws?

Start by reading the Torah (Genesis–Deuteronomy), keeping the Sabbath, avoiding unclean foods, and ceasing from celebrating pagan festivals. Read our page: How to Follow God’s Laws for a full introduction.

17. Do you offer personal discipleship or Bible study?

Currently, we offer online resources and video teachings. We are working on more study materials and potentially fellowships for those serious about walking in the ancient path (Jeremiah 6:16).

18. Is Nazarene Judaism Catholic or Protestant?

NO. Nazarene Judaism pre-dates Catholic or Protestant teachings, and is mentioned in Acts 24:1-5 as the faith that Paul taught. Nazarene Judaism also pre-dates the term “Christian” used at Antioch. Historically Nazarene Judaism is what the followers of the disciples practiced; everything else that came after the 1st century AD is a replacement theology. Catholicism and Protestant faiths are both Antisemitic, and are founded by Antisemites. Supporting the state of Israel, does not define someone as not being Antisemitic. Cain murdered Abel, because Abel obeyed Torah, and Cain didn’t want to. Catholics and Protestants and others do not want to obey Torah, and have been taught that they can not keep Torah. Deuteronomy 30:11, Philippians 4:13, Romans 8:4, Jeremiah 31:31-33, Ezekiel 11:14-21, Ezekiel 36:22-31, Hebrews 8:10, and Hebrews 10:16 say that it is not to hard for us to keep the Torah.

The Catholic, Protestant Covenant is also taught by PHD Robert L. Solberg according to Ephesians 2: The other covenant proposed by Robert L. Solberg is lead by another spirit that causes disobedience to the Torah. Epheisans 2:2, Where the Torah is abolished Zephaniah 3:1-4, …without The Messiah, and you were aliens from the government of Israel and strangers to The Covenant of The Promise and you were without hope and without God in the world. Ephesians 2:12. A covenant where people have freedom from this spirit of disobedience to violate Torah. Robert L. Solberg and others confused this spirit of disobedience, with freedom in Christ. Christ does not grant freedom to transgress Torah. This is historically replacement theology, a replacement covenant, that came about in the 4th Century AD, and lead to Martian Luther’s replacement theology. Martin Luther rejected many of the old covenant and new covenant books of the bible, calling the judiazing nonsense; estabishing a new covenant of living by faith alone, rather than living by every word that proceeds from the mouth of Yah. (Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4) and this covenant of Martain Luther is the foundation of every protestant. Martain Luther and Marcion were correct that the books they removed from the bible are Jewish, and continue to teach Torah Observant Faith, and not a new faith, as Paul stated in Acts 24:14-16. Acts 24:1-5,14-16 identified Paul’s faith and the faith of his followers as Nazarene Judaism; the same faith of yeshua that has been rejected and attempted to be replaced by protestants and Catholics. The covenant Robert L. Solberg is describing, is a covenant without hope, and without God, as aliens from Israel. (A new and better covenant than the one in the bible?) Peter confirmed this in 2 Peter 3:14-17, and it is also confirmed in Acts 6:13-15.

Biblical New Covenant involves having the Torah written on our hearts, Jeremiah 31:31-33, Ezekiel 11:14-21, Ezekiel 36:22-31, Hebrews 8:10, Hebrews 10:16, and Romans 8:4 being sprinkled and cleansed, and compelled, caused, and enabled by the spirit of holiness to keep Torah, so that the Father is glorified. Keeping the Law by the Spirit of Holiness. Repentance, Confession of Sin, Confession Yeshua is Adoni, and Confession and Belief Yeshua Rose From The Dead. Ephesians 2 says this brings us into the covenant promise of Israel.

19. How does Biblical and Historical Nazarene Judaism differ from others who misuse the label?

See our page: Does Mystical Nazarene Judaism = Historical Biblical Nazarene Judaism?

20. Is this website about establishing courts or challenging government?

Not really. This is not a revolutionary intent to challenge or overthrow government. While people in communities can and should learn and follow all of the instructions in the bible, some people seem to be in captivity under secular governments that are against the laws of the bible. If these governments defy the instructions in the bible, then yah enforces his laws himself as Isaiah 59 explains. Curses come on those who do not obey the instructions in the bible, and blessings come on those who do obey the instructions in the bible. If communities, assemblies, synagogues… want to have their own torah courts to govern themselves, then they need to be able to have jurisdiction and authority to do that. Getting that authority and jurisdiction from the governments may be difficult, but it may be able to be done. The primary purpose of this site is to help and encourage people to learn and follow all of the instructions in the bible. It has been very difficult and challenging to get others to agree to obey the instructions in the bible.

21. What are the ways of the nations we need to come out of?

People who do not obey all of the instructions in the bible, do very strange and crazy things. They celebrate occult rituals and traditions, they are filled with rage, lust, Adultery, whoredom, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strifes, emulations, wraths, rivalries, dissensions, sects/denominations, envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revellings, and such like, of which I tell you before, as I also said before, that those doing such things the reign of God shall not inherit (see Galatians 5:19-21) and because of the abounding of the lawlessness, the love of the many shall become cold; (Matthew 24:12). Those who reject the eternal truth of torah go insane (Romans 1:22, Romans 1:25, Psalm 119:142, Psalm 119:160, Matthew 5:18). The nations take pleasure in watching people get hurt, they marvel at the arch of baal installed in DC and elsewhere in the world, they laugh at injustice, they mock and scorn and do violence against those who keep torah (Zephaniah 3:1-5, Proverbs 9, Psalm 1…), and we must come out from among them and touch no unclean things (2 Corinthians 6); but sometimes this is something we can not do ourselves by our own power, strength, hand, or doing… Just as the children of israel were slaves in Egypt and were not able to rescue themselves, yah raised up a standard against pharaoh, and brought the people of israel out from bondage, and taught them the law of liberty (Psalm 119:45, James 1:25, James 2:12). If you stay in the nations you may become corroded like them. (Ezekiel 24 the parable of the cooking pot.)
The nations try to force people to work on shabbat and the holy days, try to get people to eat unclean things, and do all kinds of abominations. This is not a good influence for you or families. You need to come out from these places, and come to the place yah has chosen to learn to obey the instructions in the bible.

How to get non-Torah observant people to keep Torah?

While it seems easier to get messianic jews located in israel to keep torah; trying to get protestants, Catholics, and other non-jews to repent and keep torah has resulted in anger and hostility, threats, and other Antisemitic behavior.
Proverbs 9 warns us not to correct those who scorn or mock Torah. Psalm 1 says not to be in the company of the wicked or mockers.
So if you have presented the truth to people, and they scorn, or mock, it’s best to get away from them (Mark 6).
Bad company corrupts good character.

What you can do!

You can pray for them, and share resources from this website with them, such as the 119 Pauline Paradox video series playlist. You can try to share your own experience and story of how you came to Torah Observant faith.
Keep the torah and be a good and loving example to everyone. Also make sure to keep torah and be loving when no one is looking.

Salvation & Gospel Outreach

How do I receive salvation according to BibleCourts.com?

  1. Repent from Torah transgression and confess Yeshua HaMashiach as Adonai.
  2. Confess that you have sinned against him.
  3. Believe He died for your sins, rose on the third day, and forgives in His name.
  4. Be baptized by full immersion in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit’s name.
  5. Invite Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) to empower your walk in Torah by faith.

How can I share the Gospel with Jewish people?

  • Be careful not to share the gospel with people who may be violent, angry, or hostile, or in areas with large groups of people who are angry, violent, or hostile against yeshua. Sometimes it’s best to let people come to you, and ask about you, before you share with them. In Israel do not share with children without their parent’s permission.
  • Ground your presentation in Messianic prophecies (e.g., Isaiah 53).
  • Show continuity: Yeshua fulfilled, not abolished, Torah (Matthew 5:17–18).
